PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN: over 140 magazines of the technological sectors referred to the exhibition are steadily informed and from November 2006 to October 2007, a publication of advertising pages for exhibitors and visitors has been planned on the following magazines:

PRESS AREA: In the press area, sections “TECHNICAL PRESS REVIEW”, it is possible to access the articles concerning the exhibition, with steady updating, thus ensuring a wide and continuous editorial backing before and after the event.

150,000 INVITATIONS will be sent, according to a widespread and well-structured promotional programme, to Italian and foreign companies that are potentially interested in the exhibitors’ offering. Moreover, the programme of conferences and seminars will be included in the following magazines:

- MECCANICA&AUTOMAZIONE
- SOLUZIONI DI ASSEMBLAGGIO
- TECNOLOGIE MECCANICHE

TARGETED MEETINGS with foreign trade intermediaries and end users will be organized by UCIMU-Sistemi per Produrre and ICE, thanks to the invitation of delegations from Western and Eastern European countries, main consumers of the exhibited technologies.
In order to rationalize the foreign guests’ visit to the exhibition, a welcome meeting and a series of individual meetings on tables with the Italian exhibiting companies, defined on the basis of the interests of the invited operators, will be organized at the “Meeting Point”.

DATA-BASE OF 10,000 USER-COMPANIES will be transmitted free of charge to the exhibitors. The data-base includes the name and address data of the 10,000 the most qualified enterprises among those invited to visit the show.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION OF VISITORS: is available from 2nd July to 17th November the service of online pre-registration it allows visitors to get a BIMEC free entrance card at the Easy Access points set up in the reception area, and for its full programme of conferences, events and seminars.

EXPOPAGE SERVICES: Expopage is the online web portal which contains trade information regarding the exhibitors of all exhibitions taking place at FIERA MILANO.
Expopage offers a virtual space that is at the exhibitors’ disposal, as well as several useful instruments to promote the enterprises also online, in order to optimize their presence at BIMEC, whereas visitors will be able to plan their personalized visit to BIMEC by using a virtual route.

CONFERENCES: during BIMEC, in co-operation with the important promoters of the exhibition (AIdA – Italian Assembly Association, IMVG - Italian Machine Vision Group, SIRI – Italian Robotics and Automation Association) and SoluzionImpresa®, conferences and seminars will be organized with focus on technical topical themes.

PRE-MOUNTED STANDS: in co-operation with Fiera Milano several proposals of pre-mounted booth typologies starting from € 62.50/sq m will be sent together with the Exhibitor’s Book;

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: the participation costs for BIMEC are fixed as follows: € 146.00/sq m of exhibition area (surcharge for free sides of stands: 10% for two sides, 15% for three sides, 20% for four sides); € 6.00/sq m for lump-sum services (electric power to a maximum of 10 kW, stand cleaning, fire extinguishers according to law, advertising municipal tax, copyright and related rights); € 150.00 for each company represented and indicated in the official catalogue of the exhibition, whose products are exhibited at the show; € 310.00, as an application fee, including Expopage services.
